Shipping Times

 

The delivery of products purchased on www.paristexasbrand.com, takes place on average within 5 working days from the order to Italy and the EU and within 8 days to all other destinations.

Delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays; carriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and on weekends.

For orders paid by credit card, a working day must be added to the normal shipping times for routine administrative checks.

 

 

Returns and Refunds – Legal Warranty of Conformity

INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If, for any reason, the user is not satisfied with the purchase, the items can be freely returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

If the user wishes to return an item, they should follow these simple steps:

The user may send an explicit notice of the decision to withdraw from the purchase to Triboo Digitale, to the email address customercare@paristexas.it, asking the Customer Service team for the returns form and following the instructions contained in the confirmation email to finish the process.

Please remember that we will only replace those items that have been received damaged, defective or in error; no replacements are made for size changes.

At the end of the process, a confirmation email will be sent containing the return form to be placed inside the box, an address label with the warehouse address to be attached to the outside of the box, and the instructions for the returns process for the product.

If the user wishes to use our courier, the cost of the service will be deducted from the refund.

Place the completed return form into the box together with the product(s) to be returned. The Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all their parts, unused, in their original packaging and with all manuals provided, as well as the labels and tags still attached.

Our warehouse operators will check all returned items to ensure their perfect condition. The user will be charged for any loss in value, and will receive a refund equal to the residual amount.

Shipping notes should be retained for future reference.

Once the returned items reach our warehouses, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.).

 

SELLER'S LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY - RETURN OF DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the event of defects and/or discrepancies, the user has the right to regain the conformity of the item by repairing or replacing it, or using alternative remedies, if expressly provided for by Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.

If the items received are damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect, the user can request a repair, replacement or refund.

Pursuant to the European directive 771/2019/EC and the Italian legislative decree no. 206/2005, the items purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers the lack of conformity of the items for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the relative delivery, it being understood that the user's direct action to enforce the aforementioned lack of conformity is prescribed in any case within twenty-six months of the relevant delivery.

To request a refund, please follow the instructions provided in the paragraph above, indicating the reason “Damaged, non-compliant or incorrect item”, and uploading one or more images that clearly show the defect.

Once the procedure has been completed, the user will receive a confirmation email containing all related instructions on how to proceed. The authorisation to return the item will in no way confirm any discrepancies, the existence of which must be ascertained by us after the return.

We reserve the right to reimburse the defective items after having carried out all the quality checks to verify the actual presence of non-conformities.

Once the non-conformity of the item has been confirmed, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.).
